The Heart and Soul of the Web

September 28th, 2007 by admin

The beauty of the web is its ability to give you access to a story, photo or person or allow you to participate in something you may have never discovered otherwise.

When hearing the story of Sgt. Yance T. Gray, and Sgt. Omar Mora, 2 soldiers who wrote about the war and then lost their lives in it, Michael and Kyle at Comments From Left Field felt compelled to do something. Read the original post here:
In Honor

They started a fund raising drive in honor of those two soldiers. If you feel moved to participate, please donate here:
In Honor of Sgt. Omar Mora & Sgt. Yance T. Gray

All donations will go to Fisher House - an organization Fisher House that builds houses near military medical facilities. Here loved ones of those who have been injured in the line of duty can stay free of charge while their service member undergoes necessary treatment.

Soul is breathed into the web by men and women who create their own sites. Nestled into the corners and other hidden places, the web holds her treasures. Soul of the Web celebrates and introduces all of us to these sites.
